Why is Cole having surgery??
He had a hernia type operation (Hydrocele). He's had it since birth.
Good to see that he's up and about trying to escape from the hospital. ;)
Unfortunately this was taken before his surgery. The nurse actually wheeled him away to the operating room in this.
